Reservation Policy

All reservations will be charged the full amount of the room rate plus tax on date of arrival. Please note if you choose to use your debit card as payment and the funds are not on your card the morning of arrival, Golden Manor Motel is not responsible for any overdraft fees. Also note, if you are expecting a credit for any reason, it takes 7 to 10 business days for the money to be put back on your card. We accept the following as means of payment: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. It is the guests responsibility to have funds available on the day of their arrival. If the credit card you provide is declined, your reservation will be put on a 4 p.m. hold and we will make every effort to contact you if the information is provided on your reservation. Special events, group bookings, if made 14 days or less prior to arrival, will be charged the full amount in advance and will be too late to cancel. Group rates are applicable for 10 rooms or more. Please call motel and ask to speak with Resident Manager for special group rates.


Group Reservations

Ten or more rooms require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date. Deposit may be made by cash, money order, or credit card.


Booking Fees

We do not charge any booking fees for making reservations directly with us. 


Check In

Between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For arrivals after 6:00 pm, we require the first night's lodging to be paid in advance.


Check Out

11:00 am


Occupancy

Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people.
